Train to be an Electrician

If you want to train as an electrician and you have no previous training you will need to complete the NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems & Equipment (Buildings, Structures and the Environment).

New Entrants to the electrical industry must achieve this industry developed qualification to gain JIB Qualified Electrician grading. We are accredited to deliver the City & Guilds 2357 NVQ 3 Diploma and this can be completed through a funded apprenticeship or through self/employer funding.

If you have already achieved electrical qualifications such as 2330, 2360 or 2365 you may be eligible for one of our NVQ LEVEL 3 assessment programmes.
