Apprenticeship Team Going From Strength To Strength
The last few months have been hectic here at Rebus Training in Stoke-on-Trent. Even though COVID has disrupted the electrical industry, local employers have committed to recruiting nearly 70 apprentices! Our biggest intake yet has seen four electrician apprentice groups filled and a fully booked NVQ 3 City & Guilds 2357 evening course for our adult learners.
Electrical industry employers have shown trust in Rebus Training and young people to fill the growing industry skills gap. This is excellent news for both the local economy and young people of Staffordshire and Cheshire.
Government support for electrician apprenticeships is ongoing, and up to £4000 per apprentice is available until January 2022, subject to meeting ESFA requirements. To match the commitment of our employers, we have strengthened our Apprenticeship Team by recruiting new staff to manage, train and support our latest apprentice electricians in Stoke-On-Trent. We are delighted to present our electrician Apprenticeships Team, who are looking forward to working with our employers and electrician apprentices.
